ABOUT US
Soda Marlin was born in 1991 as a small family business, a ranch in front of Playa Espadilla, one of the beautiful beaches of Manuel Antonio.
It was known for its warm atmosphere and natural style, cooking delicious fresh fish wrapped in banana leaves over a wood fire and preparing “olla de carne,” a traditional dish from our country, along with delicious tropical fruits and fresh ceviche.
It became a well-known spot, recognized by both domestic and international tourists who increasingly visited the area.
Years later, the business evolved into what we now know as Restaurante Marlin, where both local and international cuisine is served.
